The Land Store Development Company exists to make rural land ownership straightforward and accessible.

We acquire large tracts of rural land, subdivide them into smaller parcels, and sell them directly to buyers through simple owner financing. By working directly with buyers, we are able to remove much of the complexity that usually comes with purchasing land.

Every property we offer is land we own and can legally transfer to the buyer. Our focus is on clear pricing, clear documentation, and a process that is easy to understand from start to finish.
